Delivery zones

We currently deliver to Luxembourg and to member countries of the European Union.

Delivery times

• Luxembourg: 2 to 3 business days

• European Union: 4 to 7 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carriers.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount—see the website for current conditions.

Pick up in center

You can also collect your order directly from the Yaffa center: 121C, Route d'Arlon — L-1150 Luxembourg. Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm. Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Returns

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order, without having to justify your decision.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

• In its original packaging, unopened and unused

• In perfect condition, without any signs of use

Important: Due to hygiene regulations applicable to cosmetic products, opened or used products cannot be returned, except in the case of a defect found upon delivery.

Return procedure

1. Contact us by email at info@biologique-recherche-yaffa.lu , indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

2. We will provide you with return instructions within 48 hours.

3. Return the product at your own expense to the address provided.

4. The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method as the original order.

Defective product or order error

If you received a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately. Return shipping costs are covered by us in this case.
